Residence Through Property Investment

The UAE's Investment-Based Residence program encompasses various eligibility categories, property investment being the most popular. Real estate investors can secure 10-year renewable residence by meeting one of the following criteria:

  • Property Investment: Investing in a property valued at a minimum of AED 2 million.
  • Property Investment with Local Bank Loan: Investing in a property valued at a minimum of AED 2 million with a loan from specific local banks.
  • Off-Plan Property Investment: Purchasing one or more off-plan properties valued at a minimum of AED 2 million from approved local real estate companies.

Investments made for this program must be held for a minimum of three years. The residency is valid for 10 years and can be renewed subsequently. Importantly, residing outside the UAE does not affect the residency status.
